Purposes and legal basis
With your consent, we use analytics data to understand website use and improve the event experience. We may also use marketing technologies for relevant advertising and retargeting on LinkedIn, Meta and Google. Optional processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Third parties
We may use Google Tag Manager and services supplied by Google, LinkedIn and Meta after consent. Passpass processes information required for ticketing under its own privacy terms. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to meet legal obligations and to resolve disputes. Your cookie preference is stored for six months.
Your rights
